Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has issued latest stats for number of Mobile subscribers in the country. As per latest stats, mobile phone subscribers in country have reached 90.5 million mark with net addition of 321,273 subscribers in October 2008.
The race for adding new customers in month of October showed somewhat different results when compared to previous months. Warid Telecom remained at top by gaining total of 254,120 customers, Zong attained 205,134 customers, Ufone captured 176,736 customers, Telenor registered 161,804 new customers, while Mobilink showed consistence losing customers and dropped almost 476,521 customers in October 2008.1
