Reportedly, all Ufone Customers are unable to send SMS from their numbers. Selected users reported GPRS downtime as well, however, CSR confirmed only SMS issues. He confirmed that (Ufone’s) whole network is experiencing identified SMS issues, and no one will be able to send/Recieve SMS until the problem is resolved. No ETA was given!
Problem started late night around 10 PM and was un resolved till now. (Last checked 7:00 AM)
I wonder, what compensation Ufone will offer to its customers against this huge down time.
