Ufone’s network remained down, throughout the country, for several hours. As per reports received from ProPakistani readers from Karachi, Lahore, Kohat, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujrat, Faisalabad and several other cities, they were unable to make or receive any call.
Outage started with slight issues at 4 PM, while signals went completely went down at 6 PM. During outage, no activity on Ufone including voice, SMS, GPRS was possible.
Issues got resolved later in the evening. At 10 PM network was fully live and working.
We couldn’t reach Ufone’s spokesperson during this to take any comment over the situation.
