There is no official rollout announcement or a 5G map from Ufone as of yet, but we at ProPakistani have been mapping out all 5G sites we come across in Islamabad.
The list is not complete just yet, since these are only the sites I have been able to verify so far by coming across them. Let us know in the comments if you have come across other 5G sites in Islamabad that you don’t see in the list below.

How much is the maximum speed and how does it compare with Jazz and Zong?

Yes you mentioned that. Please also share the stationary speed and comparison with Jazz and Zong.
Also how about 4G? Any improvement on that side in all three teleco's?
I tested stationary speed in F10 to be around 363 Mbps for Ufone. Jazz and Zong have always been ahead of Ufone in terms of speeds, and users are reporting 500 to 1000 Mbps for Jazz and Zong, including in F7 Islamabad.
4G speeds are typically less than 100MB, mostly

What about 5G sites of Telenor? or Telenor numbers will use these 5G sites?
Yes. After the network integration is completed, Telenor will gradually operate on the merged Ufone network. The combined spectrum and shared tower sites will be used to improve coverage, capacity, and support future 5G services. Instead of running two separate networks, the infrastructure will be integrated into a single network over time
