Kirayadaar.Com is a balanced website that has pretty good amount of data to search from. With an option of Live Support (we didn’t find the admin online, we checked twice), you can search from home page while filtering the price, city, property type and so on. Kirayadaar supports videos and pictures for property available for purchase and/or rental.
Home page is pretty informative; it is filled with recent entries’ information down the bottom – plus options to buy, sell or to rent out any property. You can find articles/information regarding major development project of Pakistan.
Bastee.pk is a division of Naseeb Networks; you may have visited Rozee.pk, which is from the same network. Bastee.pk claims to be Pakistan’s top property website. The basic layout of the website is very similar to Rozee.pk. It provides a simple user interface with ability to search for any property based on city, price/rent, and location preferences.
You can view ads or post ads free of cost by making a free account, if you have already an account associated with chabee, you even do not need registration. This website also provides you with the latest news related to property in Pakistan.
The company was founded in 1999 with the objective of providing a R.E portal for the Pakistan Real estate industry and to bring this market online for all the associated sectors and individuals alike. The Company has also established a research department.
The basic layout of the website is not so simple; the dark blend makes it difficult to focus. The basic search function allows you to search based on city, type of property and price. A separate section has been made for investors. The site also provides news section and a discussion forum.
The index page provides links to Information Centre and Real estate encyclopedia, but unfortunately, we found them not working.
The website layout is very simple and comes with green look and feel of being a Pakistani website. You can use simple search on home page, or advance search to find exactly what you are looking for. Chohan Estate the largest real estate company. They developed their website where you can search homes online or make online inquiries about plots rentals and commercial property. All listings are managed by Chohan estate so, you can’t sign up there, the website also allows you to register for email and SMS based property alerts. This is the traditional estate agency but working online, So you have to pay all commissions and fees.
Apnijaga.com is another simple and user friendly website. Home page allows you to search the property, plot or houses and provides links to listings about buying, selling and rentals, the website also features estimated prices of of plots so you may get an idea what are market rates. The website also features some latest news.
