Tweepk is a twitterholic like service that ranks top twitter users from Pakistan. Website is apparently adding up twitter users manually. there are total of 262 members in the database, at the time of filing of this post.
Tweepk also ranks twitter users by segmenting them city wise, with top list from Pakistan on the main page.

We don’t know how Tweepk is going to respond to Pakistanis living abroad, there is no policy, privacy or the methodology defined on the website. So let’s wait for some time, until they unveil their procedure of selecting/scanning twitter accounts.
