Nokia Rewards Recycle Campaign Winners

Nokia recently concluded it’s recycling campaign that lasted for around two months.

Mobile phone users across Pakistan could participate in the campaign by giving away old and redundant or even broken mobiles that of no use to Nokia for recycling.

Nokia says that a large number of participants dropped off their mobile phones and accessories at Nokia Recycling Points across Pakistan.

Those participants who dropped off their mobile phone got a chance to take part in the lucky draw to win Nokia N8.

And hence lucky winners were given Nokia N8 phones at a prize distribution ceremony held recently.

The nine lucky winners to receive brand new Nokia N8 are:

  • Mr. Suhail Nasir Hussain, Karachi
  • Mr. Shukat Ali Rana, Lahore
  • Mr. Shehzad Ahmed, Gujranwala
  • Mr. Naeem Khan, Peshawar
  • Mr. M.Yaqoob Qureshi, Hyderabad
  • Mr. Zubair Ali, Islamabad
  • Mr. Khalid Perveez, Islamabad
  • Mr. Abbas Ali, Bahawalpur

Congratulating the Nokia Recycling lucky draw winners, Reza Burney, Care Manager, Nokia Pakistan said,

My heartiest felicitations to the lucky draw winners. We are grateful to all those people who participated enthusiastically in Nokia Recycling Campaign and made a positive contribution to the environment.

We received more than expected response from people all over Pakistan and we will continue to lead the environmental contribution to Pakistan as we do across the globe.

The campaign has concluded but consumers using any mobile phone brand can continue to drop off their no longer needed mobile phones, accessories, batteries and chargers of any brand in recycling bins permanently available at any of the 14 Nokia Care Centers across Pakistan.
