PTCL Holds Family Gala

Family Gala event live spot painting and prize distribution by President & Ceo PTCL, Mr Walid Irshaid, SEVP HR, Syed Mazhar Hussain and Pakistan renowned Artist Mr Jamal Shah at event held in PTCL HQ Islamabad.Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) recently held a fun-filled family gala for its employees at the headquarters building in Islamabad at the conclusion of its painting extravaganza on “Energy Conservation for Future Generations”.

Renowned artists Mr. Jamal Shah, Mr. Abbass Shah and Mrs. Nahida Raza attended the event as guests of honor and judges for 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes and one best painting selected from amongst hundreds of paintings.

The family gala was also attended by PTCL President & CEO, Mr. Walid Irshaid, Senior Executive Vice President HR, Mr. Syed Mazhar Hussain and other senior officials. 
Live music and poetry performances, as well as an on-the-spot painting competition brought much excitement to the event. Food and cultural stalls gave it a festive look and feel. 

A prize distribution ceremony was also held to award the top three paintings with a cash prize of Rs. 40,000 for each winner. The winners were selected from 40 short-listed paintings from all regions for the final event of the ‘Painting Extravaganza’. A total of 500 paintings originally were submitted by PTCL employees and their families from all over Pakistan to participate in the competition.

PTCL’s employees along with their families enjoyed the colorful display of paintings and participated in the fun filled activities with fervor.
