Telenor’s Software Engineering Department Appraised at CMMI Level 3

In line with its commitment to be at par with global standards, Telenor Pakistan’s Software Engineering Department has been appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 – one of the most prodigious accolades in software engineering and management industry for best software practices.

With this appraisal, Telenor Pakistan has become the 1st cellular operator whose Software Engineering Department has achieved such a level of excellence.

In 2013, Telenor Pakistan marched its way to achieve CMMI Level 2 appraisal for innovative software planning that ensured productivity and consistency.

In 2012, the company received the highly praised ISO 9001:2008 certification for Data Control, Management, HR procedures, efficient procurement, deployment, project planning and analysis.
