Pakistani startups and entrepreneurs with a killer app idea take note. French Tech Ticket is back for its 2nd season and it wants you to send in your ideas and applications if you want to enjoy the best of France as you work on your dream project.

What is the French Tech Ticket and Why You Should Take Notice?

Basically, the French Tech Ticket is a program designed for entrepreneurs from everywhere in the world, letting them qualify for a ticket to France and enjoy French culture. All this while they get access to world-class expertise from mentors, business professionals and contacts that can help make their startup a global phenomenon.

Features of the Program

The French Tech Ticket program is open to all entrepreneurs, including Pakistanis.

Here are some of the main features of the program:

  • 70 International Startups will be Selected
  • Teams of 3 individuals are eligible for the program.
  • Qualifiers will join one of the 41 partner incubators here in major French cities.
  • The program will run for 1 year from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018.

How to Apply

Entry to the competition is free. It will be taking applications from 21st June to 24th August 2016.

Participants must be of ‘full legal age’ i.e. 18 years old or more. No bogus applications will be entertained, with participants expected to have internet connectivity and valid email addresses.

Candidates are, of course, expected to submit only one application for their startups. The program also states that one person cannot register multiple startups under their name when they apply, else their application will be disqualified.
