A Fokker plane used for training purposes at the Walton Aiport in Lahore crashed in Garden Town, a residential area in Lahore, earlier this afternoon.
The plane crashed outside a house in Garden Town. Miraculously, no lives were lost during the crash landing.
The training aircraft belonged to Flying Club.
Faheem, Director of Operations at the Flying Club, along with his trainee pilot, Aamir, were lucky enough to escape the plane when it crashed. The plane caught fire as soon as it crashed, according to eyewitness reports.
Faheem, the pilot, did not suffer any injuries. However, his trainee Aamir sustained some injuries and was rushed to the hospital.

According to Faheem, after the aircraft took off, its balance got thrown off which eventually resulted in the crash.
A rescue operation is underway to put out the fires caused by the crashed aircraft.
