expensive and bakwas
Ptcl kuch cities me acha chalta ha jee
yeah kohat mei mere ptcl se bht acha experience raha tha koi disconnectivity nahi thi aur speed bhi bht achi thi package k hisaab se
I’ve already deposited Rs 2000 for 3G evo device and upgrade to 4G LTE should be free of cost. There is something called “ethics” totally unknown to PTCL.
Meanwhile, the CharJi network is being upgraded in rest of the cities, the performance of CharJi in Lahore has decreased to speeds of 3G over the period of last few months. I tested the speeds on various locations of Lahore and getting same degraded performance. I used to get avg 500-900KB of downloading which is just 150KB. Pathetic services! I have proves of speed tests with different speeds from past few months.
Very bad user experience
PTCL : Hello to the Pocket
First PTCL needs to buy a real 4G LTE license, then upgrade all its tower/infrastructure to support the bandwidth and setup both hardware/software to restrict bandwidth only per device and not per tower, Then, they should get better 4G LTE devices from better vendors such as Huawei. Huawei has better and stable LTE devices compared to any other vendor such ZTE or GadgetIT etc…
Not to mention that they need to provide the repalcement to all existing customers free of cost!
Finally, they need to provide better support and stop overcharging their landline customers
