Xiaomi’s original Mi Band was probably one of cheapest fitness trackers at the time of its release and offered excellent value for the money. The Mi Band 2 was another great device and had a screen to actually show the time and notifications but it wasn’t much of an improvement over the original Mi Band.
Fast forward to 2018 and Xiaomi lifted the covers off of its much-awaited Mi Band 3 on 31st May. The new fitness tracker comes with the same aggressive pricing, a host of new features and, most importantly, a better design and build quality.
It is definitely an upgrade over the original Mi Band 2 but does it have enough to justify an upgrade over the Mi Band 2? We got our hands on a review unit to find out just that.
