Capital Development Authority (CDA) has arranged a four-day auction of as much as 81 commercial and residential plots of different categories and sizes located in the capital city.
The auction will start from today, taking place at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. This four-day event will conclude on April 11, 2019. In order to ensure transparency in the process, a committee presided over by Member Finance will look over the proceedings of the auction.

During the first two days of the auction, the residential plots from the developed sectors will be presented for auction.
Whereas, the commercial plots of different categories, including those located in the Blue Area, developed markaz, hospitals, and class-III shopping centers would be auctioned during the remaining two days of the auction.
The public and the business community, in particular, is taking a keen interest in this auction as a huge number of the brochures of the auction have been distributed in the city.
