Does carfirst offer a price congruent to local market price? NO. They are just a lowballer.
btw, according to new law, a seller must receive payment, and a buyer must pay that amount, by means of a traceable bank instrument like crossed cheque or draft. Violation leads to fine and jail time. Carfirst will not pay cash if deal is more than 1 million rupees in worth. So, its a bummer for tax evaders.
