Oppo’s sub-brand, Realme, is about to make a grand entrance into the 5G smartphone market with the X50 on January 7. The phone’s specifications have constantly been appearing in leaks and rumors, but the latest one has now revealed a full-fledged specs sheet detailing almost all of its features.
The Weibo leak compares the Realme X50 with the Oppo Reno 3 with detailed specifications for both.
The Google Translate (phone app) camera feature can be used to translate every single row.
The phone’s display is made by JDI, a Japanese display company that is a joint venture between Sony, Toshiba, and Hitachi. The display is a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with up to 120Hz screen refresh rate.
Official renders have revealed that it will have a quad-camera setup inside a vertical cutout in the top left corner. The LED flash unit will be housed outside of the main setup.
The Realme X50 will be powered by the Snapdragon 765G with Adreno 620 GPU, 8GB RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. Variants with lesser memory capacity will be available as well.
The primary setup will feature Samsung’s Bright GW1 64MP sensor, with an 8MP ultrawide angle lens, 13MP lens with 5x hybrid zoom, and a 2MP super macro lens. It is also expected to have image and video stabilization.
The front-facing dual-lens camera will sport a 32MP Samsung GD1 lens and an additional 8MP ultrawide lens.
It will have a large 4500 mah battery that can be topped up in just under 55 minutes thanks to the 30W fast charging technology.
