Xiaomi Huami Teases New Amazfit Smartwatch and Wireless Earbuds

With less than a week left until CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2020, Huami (owned by Xiaomi) is looking to up the ante with a new Amazfit smartwatch. That’s not all, Huami has also teased its first wireless earbuds as well, which will be revealed alongside the smartwatch.

Called the Amazfit Bip S, the company claims that it will have an “ultra-long” battery life. Here’s the teaser:

From the looks of it, Amazfit Bip S will retain the same form factor as the original Bip, however, it might be a tad smaller in terms of size. If Huami retains the same 30-day battery life on this one, the Bip S might have no GPS or heart-rate sensors to compensate for the smaller size.

Do note that this is just speculation on our part, and hasn’t been confirmed.

Next up are the wireless earbuds. Huami hasn’t revealed any specifications for these but the design looks similar to other Bluetooth earbuds available in the market.

The earbuds and smartwatch will be revealed at the CES 2020 which starts next week.

We’ll keep you posted about the happenings on CES.
