Samsung Galaxy F62 With a Massive 7,000 mAh Battery Arrives This Month

The Samsung Galaxy F62 is expected to arrive as the Indian cousin to the Galaxy M51 soon. We have been hearing about the device for a while already, but a report citing industry sources has mentioned that the handset will be arriving in India in mid-February for around $340.

Seeing as it is a rebrand of the Galaxy M51, we expect most specifications to be the same. This includes a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, a 64MP quad-camera setup, a 32MP selfie camera, and a giant 7,000 mAh battery. This means that the phone should be able to last at least 3 days of moderate use.

The battery will have support 25W fast charging and we also expect to see reverse charging akin to the Galaxy M51. The phone will have up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The software front will be updated with Android 11 and One UI 3.1.

While the Galaxy M51 sports a Snapdragon 730G SoC, the Geekbench listing for the Galaxy F62 has revealed that it will be powered by the Exynos 9825 instead. The Galaxy M51 is available in Celestial Black and Electric Blue color but we expect to see more on the Galaxy F62.

More details regarding the Galaxy F62 are expected to surface soon, so stay tuned.
