Pakistan Railways (PR) has launched a customer service call center to provide the public with assistance around the clock.
The call center has been established at the IT Directorate under the special directives of the Federal Minister for Railways, Muhammad Azam Khan Swati, in order to facilitate the public.

People can now reach out to PR using the call center number 042-99070011 to register complaints, seek help, discuss booking details, and resolve travel-related issues. A record of the calls will also be kept to maintain quality standards.
Additionally, the complaints of 9,000 passengers were registered and resolved between 31 January and 10 February.

Furthermore, the Railways Chief Executive Officer, Nisar Ahmed Memon, visited the call center with the Adviser to Railways, Dastgir Baloch, and the Director Information Technology (IT), Muhammad Farooq Iqbal Malik, and expressed his satisfaction over the performance of the system and the maintenance of the call records.
