Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has resumed flight services on the Islamabad-Chitral route after a gap of 1.5 years.
According to the details, the national carrier has restored flight operations between Islamabad and Chitral which had been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PIA will now operate flights from Islamabad to Chitral twice a week at the rate of Rs. 5,920 for the one-way trip.
PIA has also announced two more flight operations between Karachi and Sialkot to facilitate the passengers. It will now operate four flights a week to Sialkot at the rate of Rs. 7,500 for a one-way trip.
The national airline has also resumed flight operations between Lahore and Islamabad after a suspension of several months.
According to the spokesperson for the PIA, the resumption of these flights will promote tourism, facilitate travelers, and boost the economy.
