Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 Has Entered Mass Production: Leak

Samsung’s new foldable phones are coming soon. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 entered mass production earlier this month, and now a new report claims that Z Flip 2 is now being mass-produced as well.

The report goes on to add that Samsung plans to produce 50,000-70,000 units of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 2 every day. This is because the phone maker wants to reach a total of 7 million units for the two devices combined and wants to be ready before launch.

There is no official launch date for these devices as of yet, but rumors predict an announcement on August 3, and sales to start on August 27.

The Galaxy Z Flip 2 is expected to have smaller bezels than before and a thinner frame. It may also have a bigger outer screen than before, which should make it easier to read notifications, respond to calls, use the camera, and more.

The Z Fold 3, on the other hand, may have a tougher display with S Pen support. There may also be an under-display camera, making it the first Samsung phone to feature the technology. Both the foldable are also expected to be cheaper than their predecessors at launch.
