The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) fell by $22 million on a weekly basis for the week that ended on 30 July 2021.
The SBP’s latest data that was released on Thursday shows that the country’s total reserves were $24.853 billion on 30 July, slightly down from $24.875 billion the week before.

However, the central bank’s forex reserves showed an increase of $16 million to $17.846 billion. The reserves held by other banks showed a decline from $7.045 billion in the previous week to $7.007 billion on 30 July.
