On Tuesday, LDA teams sealed 15 properties in the Sabzazar Scheme for not paying commercialization fees. The sealed premises included a private clinic, workshop, salon, grocery shops, and offices.
LDA Chief Town Planner Asad Ul Zaman supervised the operation, which was carried out with the assistance of enforcement teams and the police. According to LDA officials, several notices had been served to these buildings’ owners before the operation.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed the continuation of indiscriminate operations against violations of building and parking bylaws, encroachments, and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
