FESCO Announces Power Shutdown Schedule for Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has announced a scheduled power shutdown for Tuesday, July 30th, to conduct essential repair, maintenance, and expansion work on electricity lines. The planned outage will affect various feeders across the region, resulting in temporary power suspensions.

According to the official FESCO schedule, the following areas in Faisalabad will experience power outages from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.:

  1. Nawab Sher Waseer feeder – Linked with the 132-KV Chak No. 582-GB grid station
  2. Theraj Shaheed, Bucheki Road, Islampura, Lahore Road, and Nawab Sher Waseer feeders – Attached to the 132-KV Jaranwala grid station

Additionally, the following areas will observe power shutdowns from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.:

  1. Fakharabad feeder – Attached to the 132-KV Khurarianwala grid station
  2. Hinduana, Chenab Nagar, Jhumra Road/Raza, City, Muazzam Shah, Aasiyan, Badshahi Masjid, Abdullah Fiber, Faisalabad Road, DHQ, Beeranwala, Lahore Road, Usman Abad, and Muslim Bazaar feeders – Originating from the 132-KV Chiniot grid station
  3. Rasheed Abad feeder – Linked with the 132-KV Agri University grid station
  4. Edan Orchard-I, Edan Orchard-II, Millat Road, Ghausia Abad, Noor Pur, and Abu Bakar Block feeders – Attached to the 132-KV Gokhuwal grid station
  5. Gatti, Wapda Academy, Bhaiwala, Yousuf Abad, and 500-KV Gatti feeders – Connected with the 132-KV Nishatabad grid station

The scheduled power outages are necessary to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the electrical infrastructure, providing safe and uninterrupted service in the future. FESCO has advised consumers in the affected areas to take necessary precautions and make arrangements to minimize inconvenience during the power outage period.
