CDA Announces Steps to Enhance Capital and Revenue

A meeting of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board was held at the CDA Headquarters, chaired by Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa.

The meeting discussed various agenda items, including the Paternity and Maternity Leave policies.

The CDA Board decided to improve the operational efficiency of the Capital Hospital, making it a profitable institution. Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, addressed the meeting, stating that the Capital Hospital would be made financially and administratively strong.

The meeting approved the recruitment of doctors and paramedical staff for vacant positions in the Capital Hospital. Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, directed that proposals for the establishment of a medical college in the Capital Hospital be presented in the next CDA Board meeting.

The meeting decided to decentralize financial powers in the CDA, studying the financial rules of other organizations in the country. The best financial rules would be implemented in the CDA after a thorough study.

The CDA Board reviewed revenue generation targets and decided to hold weekly meetings to ensure timely decision-making and completion of ongoing projects. Members agreed that weekly meetings would facilitate swift decision-making and project completion.
