Bolan Castings Limited (PSX: BCL) has decided to temporarily halt production next week, the company informed the main bourse on Friday.
“Due to the drastic drop in orders from our customers, the Company is facing a drop in sales. Hence, the management of the Company has decided to temporarily halt the production activities of the Company from Monday, August 12, 2024, till Friday August 16, 2024,” it said in a stock filing.
The company manufactures and sells casting for tractors and automotive parts. The company is a subsidiary of Millat Tractors Limited.
At the time of filing, the BCL’s scrip at the bourse was Rs. 139.52, up 2 percent or Rs. 2.74 with 1,929 shares on Friday.
