A woman’s murder in the Margalla Hills has sparked fear and panic in the federal capital.
Police reported that the body of an unidentified woman was discovered on Wednesday, about 1.5 kilometers from the sealed Monal Hotel in the Margalla Hills. Initial reports suggest she was shot in the head by unknown assailants.
SHO Shafqat Fayaz from Kohsar Police led the team to the scene, and the body was transported to Polyclinic Hospital for further examination. Fingerprint samples were collected to aid in identifying the victim.
The police have registered a case and launched an investigation to track down the culprits.
