On Tuesday, k-Electric launched the “KE Star Rewards” initiative, offering multiple discounts to customers who pay their bills on time, ARY News reported.
The initiative aims to ease the financial burden on customers through a user-friendly rewards program that offers redeemable discounts.
“In the current economic climate, people are looking for ways to reduce expenses and manage utilities. Any relief or incentive at such times can provide much-needed ease and strengthen the relationship between customers and utility providers,” stated K-Electric.
According to the company, the ‘KE Star Rewards program will recognize ‘Star Customers by offering various discounts for consistently paying their bills in full and on time each month.
“The program is tailored to meet the diverse needs of today’s customers, covering areas like lifestyle, healthcare, food, and entertainment, ensuring there’s something for everyone,” K-Electric added.
K-Electric spokesperson Ovais Munshi noted that the company is the first in the power sector to launch a loyalty program aimed at connecting more deeply with its customers.
“Our initiative is built on the philosophy of empowering customers and promoting a culture of regular, timely bill payments. The available rewards will motivate customers to keep track of their bills while gaining added value through discounts on healthcare, fitness, and even travel,” Munshi said.
He also expressed the company’s commitment to introducing new opportunities to engage with customers and strengthen their relationship further.
