Landmark Spinning Industries Limited (PSX: LMSM) has changed its name to Liven Pharmaceuticals Limited (PSX: LIVEN).
Its principal line of business has been amended from Trading, manufacturing and selling of yarn to ‘Manufacturing of pharmaceutical and allied products’.
First situated in Karachi, the registered office of the company is now located in Lahore, Punjab.
The authorized share capital of the company now stands at Rs. 1 billion divided into 100 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each.
The company has received a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated November 5, 2024, from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. LMSM has asked the main bourse to change its trading symbol from LMSM to LIVEN.
