Telenor Pakistan is proud to announce that registration is now open for the 9th cohort of its flagship Naya Aghaaz program. This pivotal initiative, designed to empower women and facilitate their re-entry into the workforce after a career break, has been a cornerstone of Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to fostering gender inclusion since its inception in 2014.
The Naya Aghaaz program provides women with an exceptional opportunity to revitalize their careers while contributing to building a diverse, talented workforce. Participants will benefit from a comprehensive support system, including personalized learning plans, mental health counseling, mentorship, flexible work arrangements, and placement assistance. Additionally, they will gain access to the growing Naya Aghaaz alumni network, which continues to provide ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
