Russia Expands E-Visa Program to 64 Countries

Russia is set to expand its e-Visa program, adding 11 new countries to the list of those eligible for simplified electronic visa applications. The announcement came following the signing of Order No. 3583-r by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishoustin on December 5.

Citizens of the following countries will soon be able to apply for e-Visas to enter Russia: Barbados, Bhutan, Eswatini, Jordan, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Saint Lucia, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, and Zimbabwe.

Simultaneously, Andorra and Serbia have been removed from the e-Visa list, as both countries have established visa-free travel agreements with Russia.

With these changes, the total number of countries eligible for Russian e-Visas increases to 64.

Here is the complete list of countries whose citizens can now apply for Russian e-Visas:

Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China (including Taiwan), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Eswatini, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint Lucia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Vatican, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
