Balochistan Increases Scholarships for Matric Students

24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Wednesday that the number of scholarships for matriculation graduates at the district level in Balochistan has increased.

Previously, scholarships were awarded to the top five matric students in each district, according to an official statement.

However, the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund has now doubled this number to ten scholarships per district, as stated in a government notification.

Of these ten scholarships, five will be reserved for male students and five for female students.

This initiative aims to provide students from Balochistan with the opportunity to pursue free higher education at some of Pakistan’s most prestigious institutions, the statement concluded.
