The Punjab government has officially revised the winter vacation schedule for all public and private schools across the province.
According to the updated notification, winter holidays will now begin on Monday, December 23, 2024, and continue until Friday, January 10, 2025.
This change replaces the previously announced schedule, which set the start of vacations on December 20. Schools are scheduled to reopen for regular classes on Monday, January 13, 2025, as January 11 and 12 fall on the weekend.
The government has directed Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) to ensure strict compliance with the revised orders.
