In a brazen robbery near Mandra on the Grand Trunk Road, two suspects impersonating law enforcement officers stole 14,000 Saudi Riyals from a returning expatriate. The victim, Muhammad Ali, was traveling home from Islamabad Airport when the incident occurred.

According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed at the Mandra Police Station, the suspects, dressed in black uniforms and equipped with wireless sets, stopped Muhammad Ali’s vehicle under the guise of conducting a document check. Seizing the moment, they robbed him of 14,000 Saudi Riyals, equivalent to Rs. 1,040,480, before fleeing the scene.
The victim described the culprits, stating that one was between 30 and 35 years old with a dark complexion, while the other appeared to be 40 to 45 years old with a fair complexion. Both communicated in Urdu.
Muhammad Ali has called on senior police authorities to take urgent action to investigate the robbery and apprehend the suspects.
