Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced new measures to simplify Umrah procedures for citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, making the pilgrimage more convenient and accessible.
In an announcement on social media platform X on Friday, the ministry stated that GCC citizens can now travel to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah at any time via various land and air entry points.
Pilgrims can easily obtain Umrah permits through the “Nusuk” app, which offers a streamlined and user-friendly process for completing the necessary steps.
Additionally, the ministry highlighted the importance of pre-booking through the “Nusuk” app for those wishing to visit Al Rawdah Al Sharifah in Medina. This ensures better organization and a more comfortable spiritual experience for visitors.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reiterated its commitment to improving services for pilgrims, focusing on facilitating access to Mecca and Medina and providing a seamless and enriching spiritual journey in a faith-filled environment.
