Punjab to Remove Male Teachers From Women’s Universities

The Punjab government has decided to replace male professors and teachers at women’s universities across the province to create a safer learning environment for female students.

Governor Sardar Saleem Haider, while addressing the media, emphasized that strict measures would be taken against harassment in educational institutions. He stated that those found guilty would face severe consequences.

Along with staff changes, the examination system will also be restructured to prevent any form of blackmail or harassment targeting female students.

The governor stressed that all universities have been instructed to implement the updated system without delay.

Additionally, a new evaluation system will be introduced for vice-chancellors and professors. Their future rewards or penalties will be determined based on performance assessments.
