With Nothing set to unveil the Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro on March 4, new promo videos have surfaced online, giving a detailed look at both upcoming smartphones. The leaked footage, shared by well-known leaker @MysteryLupin, shows the design, camera features, and software enhancements of both models.
The promotional videos show Nothing Phone 3a with an “advanced new camera system,” featuring a triple-lens setup with 50MP + 50MP + 8MP sensors, including 2x optical zoom.
Nohting Phone 3a
The Phone 3a Pro, on the other hand, offers the same megapixel count but includes a periscope zoom lens, extending optical zoom capabilities to 3x. This confirms the teasers and leaks we have been seeing for a while already.
Additionally, both phones introduce an AI-powered “Second Memory” feature, accessible via a new side button. This feature appears to assist in intelligent searching, content organization, and note-taking. A new Essential Space feature within Nothing OS 3 has also been teased, acting as a productivity hub where users can integrate voice notes, to-do lists, and other action points in one place.
This confirms the AI overhaul Carl Pei and the Nothing team have been teasing since last year for the Nothing Phone 3 series.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset will power both the Phone 3a and 3a Pro. Previous leaks indicate minimal differences between the two models in core specifications. Nothing is also promoting “our biggest and brightest screen” for both devices, featuring a 6.77-inch display, 3,000-nit peak brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
With the official unveiling set for March 4, these leaks have already provided a clear picture of what to expect. In just over a week, Nothing will confirm all details, including pricing and availability.
