Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+, bringing notable improvements to its upper mid-range tablet line. With bigger screens, updated internals, and better software support, both models aim to refine the experience for casual and productivity-focused users alike.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ now features a larger 13.1-inch LCD panel, offering roughly 12% more screen area than the 12.4-inch display of its predecessor. In comparison, the standard Tab S10 FE retains a 10.9-inch screen but manages to reduce its weight slightly, going from 523g to 497g. Both tablets have been slimmed down to 6.0mm thickness.
The displays on both models run at a 90Hz refresh rate and include a high-brightness mode that reaches up to 800 nits. Samsung includes a basic S Pen in the box, which does not support Bluetooth features. Additional accessories like anti-reflective screen protectors and optional keyboard covers will also be available. Both tablets will be offered in Gray, Silver, and Blue color options. Pricing will vary by region and configuration.
Powering both tablets is the Exynos 1580 chipset, the same found in the Galaxy A56. This chip includes ARMv9 CPU cores and an RDNA 3-based AMD GPU. Compared to last year’s Exynos 1380, this marks a clear upgrade in performance and graphics. For connectivity, both tablets support Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and optional 5G (sub-6GHz) on dual-SIM variants (one physical SIM and one eSIM).
Users can choose between two variants: 8 GB RAM with 128 GB storage or 12 GB RAM with 256 GB storage. Both support microSD cards up to 2 TB. On the software side, the tablets run Android with Samsung’s One UI and a suite of preinstalled apps aimed at note-taking, drawing, and editing, including Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, and LumaFusion. Galaxy AI features are also integrated, offering handwriting-to-text, math problem-solving, and image-editing tools.
The camera hardware is relatively simple. On the back, there’s a single 13MP main camera, while the front houses a 12MP ultra-wide sensor for video calls and selfies. The rear camera setup drops the ultra-wide lens that was present on the Tab S9 FE+.
The Tab S10 FE comes with an 8,000 mAh battery, while the Tab S10 FE+ has a larger 10,090 mAh capacity. Both models support 45W fast charging, though the charger is not included in the box. Sales for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series begin on April 3 and pricing is yet to be confirmed.
