1 Pakistani Named Among Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch 2025

Eeman Mahmud, a 27-year-old Pakistani copywriter at BPG Group, UAE, has been recognized as one of Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch in 2025 — a list that celebrates rising stars in advertising and marketing across the region.

Eeman was nominated by Aaron Leung, the Vice President and Creative Director at BPG. She started her journey through the company’s six-month NXTR program, where she quickly stood out because of her strong curiosity, drive to learn, and creative thinking. Her early efforts earned her a permanent role as Junior Copywriter.

Before joining BPG, Eeman had already gained experience working with big names like the UAE Ministry of Economy and Saudi Arabia’s MISK Foundation. These roles helped her develop a unique approach — turning data into real stories that connect with people.

At BPG, she has worked on campaigns for major brands including Porsche, Wasl, and Sohar International. She has also contributed to new business pitches and played a key role in helping the agency win projects. Eeman says her goal is always to understand the “why” behind people’s actions to create work that feels real and relatable.

When she’s not working, Eeman enjoys going to comedy shows and art events, exploring creativity beyond the workplace. She also loves reading about psychology and writing poetry — though she admits her poems stay hidden in her phone.

Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch list shines a spotlight on talented young professionals who are already making a difference in the creative industry. All individuals on the list were nominated by their agencies and backed by senior leadership for their potential, passion, and impact.

Eeman Mahmud’s recognition is a proud moment for Pakistan and a sign of more creative talent emerging from the country.
