Realme has unveiled its latest phones, the Narzo 80x and 80 Pro, starting with India, but should hopefully roll out to other markets soon, including Pakistan. The new Narzo 80 phones are both budget-friendly devices that bring big batteries and fast charging.
Realme Narzo 80 Pro
Starting with the Narzo 80 Pro, this phone has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen that curves on the sides, which is rare to see on budget phones. The screen has a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming. It can hit peak brightness levels of 4500 nits for reliable sunlight viewing and has an optical under-display fingerprint sensor.
On the inside, the phone draws power from the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip that comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. You get Android 15 OS out of the box which is covered by Realme UI 6.0. You also get IP69 water and dust resistance.
There are two cameras on the back, while the third cutout is for the LED flash. This camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS and a 2MP monochrome unit. The selfie camera inside the punch-hole cutout is a 16MP snapper
For battery, there is a massive 6,000 mAh power cell on board with 80W fast charging. The phone will be available in Speed Silver and Racing Green colors with a starting price of $230.
Realme Narzo 80x
The cheaper variant, the Narzo 80x, has the same 6.7-inch sized screen with 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, but this is an IPS LCD with a lower peak brightness of 950 nits. The chipset on this device is a Dimensity 6400 which is paired with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The software side is covered by the same Android 15 and Realme UI 6.0 combo.
There is a 50MP main camera on the back alongside a 2MP portrait sensor. It shares the same 6,000 mAh battery as the Pro model but lowers the fast charging rating to 45W. You still get an IP69 water and dust resistance rating, which is hard to find in entry-level phones.
Realme Narzo 80x has a starting price of $162 and has Deep Ocean and Sunlit Gold colors to choose from.
