Pace (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: PACE) has announced that its subsidiary, Pace Barka Properties Limited, has signed a landmark agreement to become one of the leading development partners in DHA City Karachi.
The company, under the leadership of the Taseer family, disclosed in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today that the agreement was signed on April 16, 2025, in Dubai. As part of this collaboration, Pace Barka will be responsible for the development and management of a range of commercial and residential projects within DHA City.
Construction work is scheduled to commence immediately. The agreement marks a significant step in Pace’s expansion strategy, following the successful delivery of various projects in multiple cities across Pakistan. “After successfully delivering projects in multiple cities across Pakistan, the Company is now expanding its footprint in
