Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Information Adviser, Barrister Saif, has announced that the provincial government has increased the grant for religious seminaries from Rs 30 million to Rs 100 million. The approval was given during a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
Barrister Saif emphasized that students of religious seminaries are a valuable asset to the nation, and the government is committed to their welfare and development.

He further stated that integrating religious and modern education is a crucial need of the time, and efforts are being made to ensure that students receive both religious instruction and are equipped with contemporary knowledge and skills.
Highlighting the leadership of PTI founder Imran Khan and CM Gandapur, Barrister Saif said the provincial government is actively working to promote both religious and modern education. He added that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is focusing on the development of both schools and seminaries, giving special attention to educational institutions across the province.
