Pakistan Conducts Successful Training of Launch of Fatah Missile

Pakistan on Monday carried out a successful training launch of the FATAH Series surface-to-surface missile, which has a range of 120 kilometers, as part of the ongoing Exercise INDUS.

According to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the purpose of the launch was to evaluate the operational readiness of troops and verify key technical capabilities, including the missile’s advanced navigation system and improved precision.

Senior military leadership, including the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and the Chief of Army Staff, extended their appreciation to the troops, scientists, and engineers involved in the launch. They also reaffirmed their full confidence in the technical capabilities and combat preparedness of the Pakistan Army to defend the nation’s sovereignty.

The event was attended by high-ranking military officials, along with scientists and engineers from Pakistan’s strategic and defense organizations, highlighting the collaborative effort behind the system’s development and deployment.

This marks the second successful missile training exercise in recent days. Over the weekend, the military also conducted a successful launch of the Abdali Weapon System, another surface-to-surface missile with a range of 450 kilometers, further reinforcing Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining a robust defense posture.
