India has reportedly suspended all air traffic across major airports until May 15, following a series of precision strikes carried out by the Pakistan Army under Operation Bunyan un Marsoos.
According to Indian media reports, 32 major airports across India have been shut down for both civilian and commercial flights.
The unprecedented shutdown is part of emergency protocols activated in response to what Indian media has confirmed as 26 strikes on Indian military targets by Pakistan.
The move comes after Pakistan launched a wave of strikes on high-value Indian military assets earlier today, targeting airbases, missile storage sites, and logistical command centers as part of its military operation.
Pakistan, for its part, has warned that any retaliatory action from India will invite a “swift and overwhelming” response, further heightening concerns over regional stability.
