Emirates is Hiring Cabin Crew

Emirates Airlines has officially opened applications for its 2025 cabin crew positions, welcoming candidates from around the world to join its international team.

Successful applicants will relocate to Dubai, where Emirates provides housing, meals, transportation, and full visa support at no cost to the employee.

What to Expect as an Emirates Cabin Crew Member

Once selected, new cabin crew members will move to Dubai and begin a contract-based role with an initial probation period of six months. Emirates covers all work permit and visa procedures, ensuring a smooth relocation process.

Pay and Benefits Package:

  • Basic Monthly Salary: AED 4,835
  • Flying Pay: AED 66.30 per flight hour
  • Meal Allowances for Overnight Stays
  • Hotel Accommodation During Layovers
  • Free Transport to and from the Airport
  • Furnished Shared Apartment in Dubai
  • Free Utilities (Water and Electricity)
  • 30 Days Paid Annual Leave
  • One Free Return Ticket to Home Country Per Year
  • Full Medical Coverage and Insurance

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Friendly, team-oriented personality
  • Minimum height of 160cm, with arm reach of 212cm
  • Must meet UAE employment visa criteria
  • At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • No visible tattoos when in Emirates cabin crew uniform
