National Forensics Agency Announces New Jobs

The National Forensics Agency (NFA), under the Government of Pakistan, has announced a wide-ranging recruitment campaign to fill multiple technical and administrative positions, offering market-based competitive salary packages to qualified individuals.

The hiring initiative spans three major categories: Digital Forensics, Conventional Forensics, and Admin & Finance, with dozens of specialized roles listed under each.

In Digital Forensics, roles include:

  • Principal and Senior Forensic Analysts (Computer/Mobile/Networks, Audio/Video/Image/OSINT)
  • Cyber Security Incharge
  • Network Administrators
  • Research & Innovation Officers (Hardware and Software Design)

In Conventional Forensics, openings range from:

  • Principal and Senior Forensic Analysts (Chemical, DNA, Pathology, Fingerprint, Polygraph)
  • Forensic Analysts in multiple disciplines
  • ERU Technicians and Supervisors
  • Support roles such as Mechanic Helper and Car Mechanic

Admin & Finance includes:

  • Law Officers and Finance Managers
  • Admin Officer, Audit Officer, Media Officer
  • Support staff including Receptionists, Store Keepers, Electricians, Drivers, and Security Guards (male and female)

Application Process

Interested candidates must:

  • Download and fill out the prescribed application form from www.nfa.gov.pk/careers
  • Submit the completed form along with a CV, attested copies of CNIC, academic credentials, and experience certificates
  • Send applications via courier or by hand to the address provided within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication in newspapers

Important Notes

  • Separate applications must be submitted for each position applied for.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants already employed in government or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channels.
  • Age relaxation of 5 years applies as per federal government rules.
