The registration deadline for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (PMYLS) has officially been extended until June 1, 2025, giving students more time to apply for the opportunity.
The scheme, which aims to empower students through access to technology, was initially set to close on May 20. However, due to high demand and requests from students, the government has extended the deadline by nearly two weeks.
Eligible students enrolled in public sector universities are encouraged to register online by visiting the official portal: www.pmyp.gov.pk.
The PM Youth Laptop Scheme is part of the government’s broader initiative to promote digital access, enhance learning outcomes, and support academic performance across the country.
Students who meet the criteria and have not yet applied are advised to complete their registration before the new deadline. No further extensions have been announced as of now.
