Crescent Star Insurance Limited (PSX: CSIL) Wednesday announced that it is conducting due diligence and in negotiation for the potential acquisition of a property located in Phase 8, DHA Karachi
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said that the estimated value of the property is approximately Rs. 400 million.
The proposed transaction is being considered for investment purposes and is subject to the finalization of terms and the approval of the Board of Directors, the statement added.
