Schedule Announced for 5 Special Trains for Eid

Pakistan Railways has announced a special Eid al-Adha train schedule, with five additional trains set to run across key routes starting June 2.

The first special train will depart from Karachi to Lahore at 1 PM on June 2. The second train is scheduled to leave Quetta for Peshawar at 10 AM on June 3. On the same day, a third train will travel from Lahore to Karachi via Multan at 5 PM.

Two more trains will depart from Karachi: one heading to Rawalpindi at 8 PM on June 3, and another to Lahore at 8 PM on June 4.

According to a Railways spokesperson, all five special trains will include Economy, Business, and Standard class accommodations to cater to various passenger needs during the Eid holidays.

Railway Minister Hanif Abbasi emphasized that no negligence will be tolerated during the holiday operations. He warned that strict action will be taken against any staff or officers found responsible for lapses in service.
