The Punjab School Education Department has announced the official schedule for the e-transfer round of teachers awaiting postings, recently promoted educators, and those seeking mutual transfers.
The notification, issued by the Monitoring Wing, outlines the process and responsibilities of district authorities.
According to the directive, the e-transfer portal on the School Information System (SIS) will be open for applications from June 11 to June 15, 2025. The verification and decision process will follow from June 16 to June 19, with transfer orders scheduled for issuance on June 21, 2025.

All Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) have been directed to ensure that data for all promoted teachers is updated on the SIS before the application window opens. The directive stresses that failure to apply during the designated period or non-submission of preferences may result in delays or inability to allocate a post, especially where vacancies are limited.
In cases where an applicant does not obtain a position due to the unavailability of vacant posts or incorrect submission of preferences, no separate placement will be guaranteed outside of the SIS portal mechanism.
The department has urged DEAs to widely share the e-transfer schedule and related policy guidelines through all official communication channels and social media platforms. This effort is intended to ensure maximum awareness among teachers and minimize any disruptions during the transfer cycle.
